At Modaka, we aim to provide a transparent and straightforward booking experience. Please review our refund and return policy before confirming your booking.

  • Advance payments and booking fees are non-refundable.
    Once your booking is confirmed and an advance or full payment is made, the amount paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the customer.

  • This policy is in place because we reserve your date and space, and may have to turn down other bookings.

  • If you need to change your event date or make modifications to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability for new dates.

As our services involve event space reservation and not physical goods, there are no returns or exchanges after payment and confirmation.

  • In rare cases such as government-mandated lockdowns or natural disasters that make the event impossible to conduct, we may offer to reschedule your booking to a later date, subject to availability.

  • Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of Modaka management.
